Consultants recommended that the committee issue a request for proposals (RFP) to seek competitive bids for recordkeeper services and consider consolidation options. The recommendation came during new business, where Messers Holycross and Kuhn and Ms. Nye were identified as the presenters of the Investment Performance Report earlier in the meeting.
