Mark Fellenzer, project engineer for Silvercrest Townhomes, reported on a recent work session and submitted a draft developer’s agreement for town review. The planner provided part 2 and part 3 of the EAF and advised that a negative declaration must be issued at the time of approval. Outstanding items the board identified include a final Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), submission of estimated construction costs to determine required bond amounts, and the executed developer’s agreement.
