Staff schedules Oct. 5 workshop on campground ordinance changes

City planner Britney Merrill announced that staff will hold a joint workshop with the planning board and city council on Oct. 5 at 6 p.m. to discuss proposed updates to campground performance standards. Merrill said staff hopes to circulate a draft of proposed changes before the workshop and will follow with additional planning‑board and public workshops as needed. The board was asked to review draft changes and be prepared to advise on performance standards that can be reasonably updated within the council’s moratorium timeframe.
