Following an executive session to receive legal advice and consider negotiation strategy, the council authorized Vice-Mayor Mark Sheen and Town Manager Brian Richards to negotiate for the purchase of parcel 202-17-019J, at the corners of Rodeo Road and Centennial Boulevard, within the town's appraised value plus legal fees and customary closing costs. The motion was made by Cory Johnson, seconded by Byron Lewis, and passed unanimously with Joe Bjornn absent.
