County Administrator Lucas Goff presented the proposed Employee Health Benefits Program Structure to the board on July 21. Following the presentation, Vice Chairman Alan Groom moved and Chairman Jim Maxwell seconded to approve the structure as presented; the board voted 3-0 in favor.
