The council voted to publish two tentative budgets for the June 17 public hearing. Council Member Morris moved to adopt and publish the FY2027 tentative Capital Improvement Program budget in the amount of $215,883,457; the motion was seconded and carried. Later, Council Member Watts moved to approve and publish the FY2027 tentative operating budget in the amount of $349,977,005.62 (excluding Visit Yuma funding and the CIP as already approved); that motion also carried.
