Surprise commission approves 2026 Community Legend Awards winners
The commission approved winners in four Community Legend Award categories and directed staff to notify recipients. Winners include Debbie Lee (America's Mighty Warriors), Veterans Affinity (organization of the year) and Hadley Gray (outstanding youth).
