Development Services Planner Stephanie Johnson presented two related applications for property owner Bill Roberts: a minor comprehensive plan amendment and a concurrent rezoning of two parcels near South State Route 69 and South Big Bug Trail. Johnson explained the properties historically operated with C‑3 commercial uses and staff found the requests met minor amendment criteria under the county plan (2032). She said the department received no responses in opposition or support after multiple neighborhood notifications.
