Kevin Walder of the policy and rules team told the caucus the team currently has 10 open rule projects spanning cannabis and alcohol regulation. He said the public comment period recently closed for draft rules implementing Senate Bill 5403 (limiting certain financial interest agreements for cannabis retailers) and that staff are evaluating feedback before an economic analysis that could take about three months.
