The Crandall City Council on March 24, 2026 tabled an agenda item concerning a previously approved 24‑month waiver to subdivision ordinance requirements for plat extensions related to preliminary plats requested by property owner CLH Crandall, LLC/Cambridge Homes, LLC for the Eagle Crest development. Mayor David Lindsey said Cambridge Homes informed him they wished the item to be tabled so the developer could present their request. Councilmember Adam Holden moved to table the item and Councilmember Tim Atkins seconded; the motion carried 3-0.
