Savoy board backs ADA transition plan framework; estimates $50,000 annual effort

Public Works Director Roland White presented an ADA Transition Plan for sidewalks and public right-of-way, saying the Village meets initial Title II requirements and proposing a $50,000 annual budget (split $24,000 motor fuel tax, $26,000 capital) to address sidewalk defects, with most defects estimated to be corrected in about 15 years.
