Committee expands HVAC project to full replacement in CIP amendment

The Broome County Finance Committee on Aug. 14 approved an amendment to the 2025 Capital Improvement Program that expands a previously scoped HVAC project into a full replacement with added general construction and electrical work. Committee member M. Kaminsky questioned the amount increase, and C. Marion explained the scope change as the reason for the higher cost. The resolution carried Ayes-5, Nays-0.
