Thomas Inman, civil engineer with Kimberly Horn and Associates, told the committee that Forest Edge is a previously permitted project proposing infrastructure modifications for a 51‑lot single‑family subdivision. "Forest Edge, subdivision, it's at 51 lot, single family residential community," he said during his presentation.
