Commission continues 3 Beach Pines deck application after applicant removes encroachments

Chris Weller, representing the contractor and homeowner for 3 Beach Pines Road in Dennisport, told the commission the applicant had eliminated a proposed 4-foot addition and moved all work outside the commission's 50-foot buffer. "We've eliminated the 4 foot addition to the deck," Weller said.
