The Columbia Gateway Urban Renewal Agency voted to adopt Resolution 26-001 establishing an Exterior Refresh Pilot designed to produce quick, visible improvements downtown. Agency staff said the pilot is intended as a marketing-driven, de minimis incentive to prompt property and business owners to refresh storefronts and minor exterior elements; eligible uses are limited and the program is reimbursement-based, capped at $7,500 per eligible project and at $100,000 total for the pilot.
