Ellport Borough Council on Nov. 18 accepted an agreement with Cyclops Technologies, Inc. and ratified the signing of a license for PlateSmart software used with the borough's license-plate camera. The motion to accept and ratify the agreement was made by Councilman Timothy Takacs and seconded by President William Boy; the motion passed on a unanimous roll call.
