Solicitor D. Karpowich advised supervisors that the land-development plan for 620 Oak Ridge Road shows the majority of structures lie in Eagle Township, so typically the municipality containing most buildings would receive tax payments. The property owners nevertheless requested that the portion of the parcel within East Union Township be included in a LERTA exemption. Karpowich asked for a motion to advertise the ordinance related to the request and to adopt a supporting resolution.
