The committee considered Resolution #20, which authorizes an agreement with Comfort Keepers for services for the Office for Aging for 2025–2026. Mr. Ames moved, seconded by Mr. Augostini, to amend the resolution to replace the word "respite" with "EISIP" in the title, the first WHEREAS and the RESOLVED paragraph; the amendment carried Ayes-5, Nays-0 and the amended resolution carried Ayes-5, Nays-0.
