The Planning Commission voted unanimously Jan. 21 to grant final site-plan approval for a four‑townhouse project at 546 Schenectady Street. The applicant, Yadho Naresh Khamai, presented revisions to the façade that added windows and a decorative gable addressing prior Commission concerns.
