Staff told the board the recruitment posting would close soon and proposed workshop and interview dates to allow the board to review applications and establish ranking criteria. Commissioners agreed to hold initial meetings on June 18 (afternoon) and June 19 (morning, if needed), conduct public interviewing on June 29, host a public meet‑and‑greet that evening (5:00–7:30 p.m.), and plan a final decision meeting on June 30 or July 1.
