The council adopted the consent agenda at the April 8 meeting and included one community board appointment: Dan Stewart was appointed to the Water Utility Board with a term through 2027. Councilman Merrill moved to adopt the consent agenda, Councilman Bitter seconded, and the motion carried 'all ayes.'
