Committee member (S1) reported on an El Doro meeting where staff reorganization under a new director prompted financial reclassification and planned large facility improvements. S1 said they are "doing some huge improvements to the facility" and that the group is attempting to set up a fund to cover ongoing maintenance and stay ahead of needed repairs.
