Procurement Administrator Adri-Anne Granger told the Board that IFB 25-10, Annual Construction Materials and Services, drew 21 bids and that staff deemed 17 responsive and meeting mandatory specifications. Granger recommended a multi-source award to all 17 responsive bidders. "21 bids were received, with 17 deemed responsive, meeting all mandatory specifications.
