Ross County commissioners reviewed a proposed third amendment to an ACGP grant agreement with the Ohio Department of Development that staff said would provide additional funding for local projects including the Black Horse Inn, local theatres and the Georgetown Streetscape Visitor Center. "The amendment increased the total award of $155,075,958," S1 stated while introducing the item and moved to approve the amendment.
