The Crook County Board voted to adopt the Fairgrounds Operations Plan during its April 22 meeting. Presenters for the plan included Jasmyne Bryant, Ed Robinson, DaNece Day and (via Teams) Sarah Pridgeon; after discussion Vice‑Chairman Bob Latham moved to approve the plan "as presented," Dale Davis seconded and the board recorded 'all ayes.'
