Morgan Ellsbury, chair of Crook County Land Use Planning & Zoning, presented a draft amendment to the county's Minor Subdivision Regulations during the April 22 meeting. Planning Director Tim Lyons and county planning staff (including Caleb Peters) were present to discuss the proposed changes and field questions.
