The Carbondale Public Arts Commission agreed to ask the Board of Trustees for guidance and potential support to develop a 10-year master art plan that would outline acquisition policy, deaccessioning, maintenance, an inventory of permanent sculpture, archival history and a funding mechanism for ongoing maintenance.
