Everett planners preview 2026 annual amendments to comp plan and development rules

Planning Director York Stevens Wojta told the Everett Planning Commission on Sept. 1 that staff is presenting the city’s first round of annual amendments since the recent periodic comprehensive‑plan update. "I'm York Stevens Wojta, planning director," he said as he introduced the package, which staff described as primarily housekeeping, map corrections and a set of targeted code changes.
