Council approved a $12,000 professional services agreement with Rowe Professional Services Company to provide engineering services for planned 2026 road work on South Clubhouse Drive (Parkview to West River Road) and Bonanza Lane (Coldwater Road to School Road). Interim Village Manager Manley said the scope includes project design and preparation of bidding documents.
