The De Pere Common Council voted to adopt amendments to Chapter 16 of the municipal code updating the city's floodplain zoning to reflect changes requested by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. Dan, the Planning Commission representative, told the council the changes align the city with surrounding communities and were recommended unanimously by the Planning Commission after staff and the law department reviewed the DNR revisions.
