Trustee Larry VanWhy moved that the town give the old tenant of Grubbyz two weeks' notice to surrender the liquor license; Trustee Geoffery Broughton seconded. The motion stated that, if the tenant refuses, the Board will move forward with an order to show cause seeking revocation; the motion passed with all 'AYES'.
