The Board passed a resolution granting Superintendent Emily Lorenz authority to execute instruments and documents necessary for district land development and the construction of educational facilities, consistent with Texas Education Code Section 11.1512. The resolution authorizes the superintendent to sign construction contracts, plats, easements and other instruments the superintendent deems necessary in connection with district development and construction projects.
