After permits were obtained following unpermitted work at 709 Worthington Mill Road, the Board approved a Hold Harmless Agreement that includes indemnification for Lingohocken Fire Company because an electrical inspection had not been completed.

Manager Stacy Crandell presented a Hold Harmless Agreement for 709 Worthington Mill Road after the property owner completed work without permits and then obtained required permits and paid fees. Solicitor Vicki Kushto noted the agreement includes indemnification for Lingohocken Fire Company because an electrical inspection had not been performed before work occurred. The Board approved signing and recording the Hold Harmless Agreement.
