Evergreen Elementary project on schedule; GMP 3 to set full budget

The Evergreen Elementary project is advancing quickly, project staff told the board. "The project is moving along extraordinarily well," the presenter said, noting footings are poured in most areas, formwork is in place and prefabrication of walls is starting.
