Commission receives project updates; meeting adjourned

Staff provided several administrative updates toward the end of the meeting. The town council continued the Skyline apartments hearing; the next scheduled session is Sept. 15 to allow the applicant to respond to public comment. Staff said Colorado Mountain College has selected an architectural firm for a campus concept and that the town is continuing due‑diligence work on town‑owned buildings. The meeting also noted that lake levels at the marina have dropped substantially and that seasonal boat removals may begin earlier than usual.
