Permits were a significant portion of the July 28 meeting. Rick Manseau reported that permit examinations will move to Thursdays rather than Wednesdays and that applications may be held PENDING until a required county permit is provided. "Permits examined on Thursdays now instead of Wednesday," Rick said.
