Mike Doyle, housing finance manager for the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation (HHFDC), told a joint informational briefing that HHFDC received 35 application entries representing 4,761 proposed housing units and ultimately awarded 10 projects totaling 1,749 units.
