Engineering asks applicant to update stormwater inputs to match county manual

County engineering staff told the Plan Commission they issued an engineering conformance letter dated 09/23/2025 and that, under the prior configuration authored by Michael Novotny, the stormwater management review had been positive. The staff member said the stormwater management was still deemed sufficient with the current changes but noted a specific outstanding comment: the CN values and 2‑year, 24‑hour depth values need to be updated to match the Porter County Stormwater Design Manual.
