The Fiscal Court voted to approve a $75,000 professional services determination to Commonwealth Engineers for engineering services on the Stone Crest Subdivision Flood Mitigation Project. Magistrate Scott Lasley moved the determination and Magistrate Tom Lawrence seconded; the motion passed by roll call with six yeas, no nays and one absent.
