The Warren County Fiscal Court on May 28 approved the second and final reading of Ordinance #26-12WC to authorize a lighting agreement between Warren Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation and Cedar Pointe, Phase 1. Magistrate Scott Lasley moved the ordinance and Magistrate Tom Lawrence seconded; the court recorded six yeas, no nays, and one absent, and the ordinance was ordered adopted.
