Board authorizes up to $5,000 for solar site plan, directs zoning hearing route
After a meeting with Exact Solar, the board directed Engineer Fulmer to produce a ground-mount solar plan not to exceed $5,000 to present to the Zoning Hearing Board, and discussed that an RFP would be required for ground-mounted panels; a resident cautioned that inverter replacement 'is not cheap.'

Board members and staff reported a Dec. 2 meeting with Exact Solar to explore ground-mounted solar arrays in the township's upper field to serve the municipal building and lower-lot building. The board was told rooftop arrays may be recognized by Costars but ground-mounted arrays require an RFP and zoning relief.
