Town Manager Adam Linn updated the Council on two near-term public-works items. Regarding gateway improvements at Washington and Commerce Streets, Linn said there were no new updates on right-of-way issues involving wooden ties and that, if approved, the Town would assume maintenance responsibilities; the project is anticipated for inclusion in the next fiscal year budget.
