Housing authority says HUD removed troubled status, outlines RAD/Section 18 plan

"My name is Jedidiah Jackson, and I serve as the executive director of the Saint Charles Parish Housing Authority," Jackson said, opening the authority's annual update to the council. He reported metric improvements: a jump in the FAS score from 24 (2023) to 65 (2024) and PIC reporting accuracy at 99.8%.
