Springfield supervisors confirm committee appointments and liaisons for 2025
The board appointed members and liaisons across planning, pension, environmental, agricultural, historic, parks and other committees; it also affirmed staff appointments and named Mr. Matzura to the Vacancy Board and Mr. Hopkins as PSATS voting delegate.

During the re-organization meeting the board reappointed members listed in Article IV and confirmed liaison assignments: Mr. Hopkins as Planning Commission liaison and Parks & Land Preservation liaison; Mr. Long as Pension Committee liaison; Ms. Yearwood as Environmental Advisory Council and Agricultural Security Committee liaison; Mr. Ryker as Historic Commission and Community Day liaison. Mr. Ryker and Mr. Long volunteered as Police Department liaisons; Mr. Ryker and Mr. Kade volunteered as Public Works liaisons; Ms. Yearwood and Mr. Hopkins volunteered as Administration liaisons.
