Supervisors announced that the Kauffman Legacy Conditional Use application for a property on Fernwood Road/Route 41 will be presented to the Planning Commission on Nov. 18 and scheduled for a Conditional Use hearing before the Board on Nov. 24. The Planning Commission/Task Force will meet Nov. 18 at 7:30 p.m. to review the application.
