Parowan planning commission recommends R-2 rezoning for 825 W & 100 S, flags access concerns

The Parowan Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously Aug. 5 to recommend that City Council rezone the parcel at 825 West and 100 South (Parcel #A-0026-0027-0000) from Agricultural (A-1) to Residential 2 (R-2). The application, filed by PCP Trust, LLC, was re-noticed as R-2 after an earlier R-3 request was denied by the City Council because of notice issues.
