The extension director outlined funding sources for extension programming and asked the board to consider pay increases for long‑time staff. The director said Pam has 31 years of service and requested raising her to $21 an hour, and proposed increasing Megan from a current county portion of $7.57 toward roughly $9.22 an hour once county and UF splits and COLA are accounted for. "I would like to raise her to $21 an hour from $17.98," the director said when describing the request for Pam.
