Town planner Garrett Scott presented a revised, shorter monument sign proposed by Frasier Valley Arts and explained sight‑distance and property‑line considerations for placing the sign on the post‑office parcel rather than in the right-of-way. Scott noted the revised design would be about 11 feet tall compared with an approximately 15‑foot existing pole sign.
