Conservation Commission Issues Determinations for 672-SF Garage Addition at 173 Bridle Path Rd.

The Conservation Commission voted 3–0 on Aug. 5 to issue a Positive 5, a Positive 6 and a Negative 1 Determination for the proposed construction of a 672-square-foot garage/addition with living space above at 173 Bridle Path Rd. The applicant, Katarzyna and Robert Tarka, presented the Request for Determination of Applicability and the applicant’s contractor described the planned footprint and erosion-control measures. Staff recommended the Positive 5, Positive 6 and Negative 1 determinations and standard erosion-control conditions, which the commission accepted.
