At the Aug. 24 meeting the Muskogee County commissioners approved a FY26-27 Assignment and Assumption Agreement for juvenile detention services between Canadian County Children's Justice Center and Muskogee County. The motion was made by Commissioner Kenny Payne, seconded by Commissioner Ken Doke, and passed unanimously.
